Fabios Gelato

Fabios Gelato is our first gelateria which we opened in 2015. Located in the heart of Hitchin, on Hermitage road. All of our award winning gelato is produced in Hitchin. With over 500 flavours to date we just love experimenting and creating something new if you can think of it we can make it!

Not only do we offer 24 ever changing flavours of hand made Gelato and Sorbets. We also offer a unique build your own Sundae & Waffle service, you choose it, we create it, you eat it, which is great fun for kids and adults too.

You can also find on our menu a wide choice of coffee made from locally roasted beans, milkshakes, soft drinks, tango ice-blast, home-made cakes, wines, beers and liquors.
