Fussey & Baer is an independent speciality coffee shop located on Hitchin high street.
We are currently serving takeaway coffee, hot drinks, soft drinks, cakes, pastries and savoury food.
We are a speciality, or what is often described as "Third Wave" Coffee Shop.
Our focus is to serve amazing coffee alongside great tasting food whilst being as environmentally friendly as possible
