Based in Letchworth, our small team is dedicated to helping elderly people in North Hertfordshire stay in their own homes.

As a family-owned business, heart is at the core of all of our services.

We want Home Instead Stevenage and North Hertfordshire to become your trusted companion for you and your loved ones.

We tailor our care to match the needs of the Client with personalised approach that enriches the lives of our clients by enabling them to engage in the in the things that make them happiest whether it's walking the dog, going shopping or to the pub or having a cup of tea and a chat.

We provide a wide range of services including companionship, home help, personal and dementia care services as well as specialised Alzheimer's care.

Visits last on average two hours and a minimum of an hour so that we are able to provide the quality attention and company that people value.

We will do what we say we are going to do, when we say we are going to!

Our service can be open ended or for a short period of time, perhaps to provide respite for Family Carers and Caring Friends.
