A Brief History:

Our family owned and operated, multi-award-winning company was established in 1981. With the third generation of Wood family now representing the company we combine over 80 years of real estate experience. With such a broad contact base built over the decades we are often able to 'open doors where others will find them closed'. The value we add is much greater than simply financial.

Property Acquisition & Disposal: Primarily we project manage the disposal and acquisition of freehold or leasehold property or land. Given our 40+ years' experience and subsequent knowledge of the local commercial property market, we are able to advise our clients, then proactively market their property accordingly.

Lease Advisory: In addition, our knowledge of local asset values positions us well for lease advisory services such as undertaking rent reviews or lease renewal negotiations for both landlords and tenants alike.
