Rock Gym is a private personal training studio based in a beautiful converted barn in the village of Great Offley which is a 5 min drive from Hitchin.

We have group exercise classes that are superior to other gyms as we know all our clients and we do not roll out multiple trainers on classes! Our service is personal and bespoke, and we see fantastic results week after week.

We have a private STRENGTH room at the back of the gym for a program called BULLETPROOF, a spin room, a running platform with run club & we run fitness boxing classes PLUS competitive boxing and white collar boxing (including sparring/events)

We have a full boxing rig and ring. We will soon be adding a pilates studio, yoga and mobility classes.
