Our founders extensive background in wrestling enabled him to put a unique spin on our gym set up. Combining his passion for strongman competitions and career in wrestling, Square One offers a range of unique training facilities that are not available in your high street gyms. 

Driven by a vision to create a facility built by the people for the people. Today, Square One has become a place where everyone feels welcome and comfortable. A non-judgemental environment where elitist attitudes stay at the door and friendships begin and blossom inside.
