If you're going to work from an office, you may as well be local.After all, there's only so many podcasts you can listen to on the train. And that's if you're lucky enough for a train to arrive.This business is set in the lush countryside of Hertfordshire. There's on-site parking and situated between the A1 and A6, good road access too.And you'll still have the challenge you need.You'll work on a 1-1 basis with the owner/director of the business, supporting them on a range of cases, include IHT planning. They are a busy adviser so your support will be invaluable and you'll take on a lot of responsibility.Not that you have to be the finished article. They do need someone with 2+ years experience as a paraplanner in an IFA/restricted setting. But they're happy to train you as well as fund you through exams (Chartered status and Level 4 if you aren't already).Salary is £35,000 - £40,000 but if you're more experienced than above and well qualified, then this bracket is negotiable.
