We are seeking an experienced Freelance Health & Safety Manager to oversee compliance, risk management, and on-site safety practices during refurbishment projects in educational and healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement site-specific Health & Safety plans

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits

• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and other legal requirements

• Liaise with site teams, contractors, and client representatives

• Deliver toolbox talks and training

• Investigate and report incidents or near misses

Requirements:

• NEBOSH Construction or equivalent

• Proven experience in live school and hospital environments

• Strong understanding of CDM 2015

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently across multiple sites
