School AdministratorsAre you an Administrator with a background working in a school environment or similar looking for workIt is ADVANTAGEOUS that applicants have some school administration experience and be proficient on SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM. However, applicants with STRONG ADMINISTRATION experience in a similar sector will also be considered.You MUST BE willing to work on a TEMPORARY basis and between the hours of 8:00a.m. & 4:30p.m. There will be full time and part time positions available throughout the School year which run for a variety amount of time.There may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the Schools although this is NOT guaranteed.PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE ROLES ARE TEMPORARY, AS AND WHEN REQUIRED.As a School Administrator your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to: Inputting details onto SIMS/ARBOR/BROMCOM Answering phones and taking messages Typing of letters and memos Filing, faxing and photocopying Dealing with parents and pupilsYOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FULLY REGISTER WITH US INCLUDING PROVIDING RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH OBTAINING AN ENHANCED CHILD WORKFORCE DBS THAT WILL BE PROCESS BY US BUT COME AT A COST OF 47.20 (UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE REGISTERED ON THE UPDATE SERVICE).
