Job Title: Business Development ExecutiveLocation: Hitchin, HertfordshireSalary: Competitive CK Group are recruiting on behalf of a pharmaceutical company focused on researching and developing innovative dermatological treatments. This is a permanent Business Development Executive role, working part-time.Business Development Executive Role: You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and supporting the commercial growth of the company s dermatology portfolio. This includes identifying potential partners, managing sales pipelines, and contributing to marketing initiatives that raise brand awareness.Further responsibilities will include:
  • Researching and identifying potential customers and partners within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Following up on leads and opportunities to progress them through the sales cycle.
  • Supporting promotional events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Your Background:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of the healthcare market and commercial processes.
