Overview: The Track Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient maintenance, inspection, and operation of track infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily work of track maintenance crews
Inspect track conditions and schedule necessary maintenance and repairs
Enforce compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain accurate work records
Train and support team members to ensure safe and efficient practices
Communicate effectively with team leads, managers, and external partners as required
Qualifications:
Proven experience in track maintenance, construction, or related field
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Knowledge of track safety standards, inspection procedures, and maintenance practices
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Ability to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions
Preferred: industry certifications or technical training
