Hitchin could be the site of a new KFC drive thru?
KFC have a shortlist of locations in Hertfordshire where Colonel Saunders, and the Bearded Poultry Icon's brand are targeting.
Hitchin did have a KFC back in the 1990s on Brand Street but it closed - could they be opening another chicken outlet in 2022, this time a drive-thru?
The company said on their website: "Every new KFC will bring with it a range of local investments - in jobs and award winning training, cutting-edge restaurant design plus a commitment to work alongside local partners to make a real difference in every community through our charity work and food donation scheme."
