Arrests after fight at Hitchin railway station

Three people have been arrested after a man was attacked at Hitchin railway station on Saturday (May 24).

Officers from the British Transport Police were called at 8.25pm to reports of a fight on the platform.

Two teenage boys and a 22-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of affray.

Enquiries are ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40 with the reference 746 of 24 May 2025.
