CCTV appeal after theft at shop in Hitchin

Police have released CCTV images of someone they want to identify following a theft in Hitchin.

The incident occurred around 11.25am on Sunday 7 July, when it is reported that a wallet was taken from inside Twisted Fabric on The Arcade without payment.

PC Izabela Nowosinska, who is investigating, said: "We are releasing this image because we believe the individual pictured may have been in the area at the time and could have information to assist our investigation.

"Is this you, or do you recognise this person? Please email me at [email protected]. Thank you.
