Officers are releasing the images of stolen jewellery as they appeal for information following a residential burglary in Hitchin.

It was reported that between 12pm and 4pm on Saturday 6 September a residential property on Gosmore Road was broken in into before a significant amount of jewellery was taken.

Detective Beth Stevens, from the North Herts CID, said: "If you have information about the burglary or saw any suspicious behaviour in the area around the time of the incident please get in touch.

"During the offence items of jewellery were stolen, some of which are quite distinctive, if you have seen the jewellery or been offered it for sale, please contact me by email via [email protected]"
