Herts Police launch witness and information appeal as cat inured after being shot with air pellets

Witness and information appeal after cat injured

Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a cat was injured in Bricket Wood.

The incident occurred sometime between Friday, September 1 and Monday, September 4 in the Rowan Close area, when it was reported that a cat was shot with air pellets. 

PC Joanna Busch, from the Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: "Our enquiries are continuing, and I am urging anyone with information to please come forward.

"The cat was taken to the vets and suffered some nasty injuries, including a displaced hip, and now requires surgery.
