Developers have promised "to explain programme and process" over the scheme to build up to 700 houses, a new 2 form entry primary school, open space, play space and green infrastructure at the former farm on the edge of Hitchin.

In a letter to Hitchin Walsworth Councillor Elizabeth Dennis, the Developers explained how they are hoping to consult local resident's groups, political representatives and the general public about plans for the site.

In terms of progress towards the start of building the new website for the site explains that developers are preparing "to submit a Reserved Matters Application (RMA) further to the Council resolving to grant the Outline Application for the site in October 2023. Further information is provided here to explain the current position of planning applications in respect of the site, what we're currently producing to guide development and what this means for likely layout, scale, appearance and landscaping on site".
