The annual "RightMove" Happy at Home study was completed by 35,000 residents and the results are in...

Hitchin proudly sits 20th nationally and the 3rd happiest in the east of England.

The survey noted average house price at £510,612 and monthly rent is £1,730 for the town.

The survey aims to capture topics such as residents pride about where they live, their sense of belonging and community spirit - all characteristics that Hitchin is famous for!
