Hitchin: Brilliant creative Sarah Graham set to appear as guest judge on Britain's Best Young Artist on CBBC

HITCHIN: A brilliant artist from our town is set to appear on an exciting new BBC show.

The popular Sarah Graham will feature on a new CBBC show that sets out to find Britain's Best Young Artist.

Kaiser Chiefs frontman and former art teacher, Ricky Wilson, is teaming up with award-winning BBC Radio 1 presenter, Vick Hope for a brand new CBBC show, which sees 27 budding young artists from around the UK compete to be crowned Britain's Best Young Artist.

The acclaimed Sarah tweeted: "I am SO excited to announce that I am a guest judge on Britain's Best Young Artist on CBBC!!

"My episode is on Thursday, February 10 and will also be available on iPlayer.

"Presented by Ricky Wilson and Vick Hope, the show sees 27 budding young artists from around the UK compete. So TUNE IN!!"

Sarah is a highly-acclaimed UK photorealist oil painter who paints sweets, toys, the kitsch and colourful as well as being a powerful Rainbow Mental Health advocate and patron of PoetsIn the creative mental health charity.
