Fabio's Gelato has produced another champion taste for punters - cider flavour ice cream!

The shop on Hermitage Road have been busy producing Pink Grapefruit English Cider ice cream.

Longed-for hot summer weather may not have arrived yet, but there's no reason we can't enjoy an ice cream in Hitchin.

Owner Fabio Vincenti - who is known as the 'Willy Wonka of Ice Cream' told Nub News: "Our pink grapefruit cider is from Brothers cider. We've been working with them for a few years now.

"When they launch new flavours they love to send it to us to make into gelato. They then post our recipe on their website for their customers.

"It's a perfect summer adult 18+ flavour at 4 per cent) and it's available as a limited edition run that is sold via our website in half litre tubs."

The cider is available in B&M in Hitchin.
