Hitchin Food Festival will return to the town centre this weekend, bringing two days of street food, local produce and live cooking demonstrations.
The popular annual event takes place on Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6, running from 10am until 4pm on both days.
Visitors will be able to sample food and drink from local businesses alongside a range of street food traders and producers from Hitchin and further afield.
A demonstration kitchen and stage will once again be set up in the Market Place, with live cooking throughout the weekend.
Organisers say Hitchin's own MasterChef will be taking to the stage to prepare dishes featuring food from a selection of town centre businesses.
Another returning attraction will be the Great Hitchin Bake-Off, giving local bakers the opportunity to put their skills to the test.
Organisers said: "Come along for a full weekend of fun and great food from Hitchin and beyond!"
The festival is powered by Concept Events and sponsored by Webb's of Hitchin, Halsey's Deli & Eatery, Knead & Desire Bakehouse, Flour21 Micro Bakery, Hedley Wright Wine Merchants and Allingham Butchers.
The event is also supported by Hertfordshire County Council.
Hitchin Food Festival takes place from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6.
