Hitchin: Healthy Hub running free Westmill wellbeing and family activity sessions

HITCHIN: Community wellbeing days are being hosted in Westmill.

North Herts Healthy Hub are offering free family wellbeing activities from next month at Westmill Community Centre in John Barker Place.

On Monday, November 15 there will be an event called 'Autumn crafts for little people' which will offer a range of creative and fun autumnal themed craft activities for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers accompanied by an adult. Sessions are one hour and will run at 11am, 1230pm and 2pm.

On Monday, December 13, there will be festive fun with food in association with creative chefs. Why not join them for a fun, festive cookery session for U5s accompanied by an adult. One hour sessions run at 11am and 1230pm.

There will also be the chance for people aged 40 to 74 to have an NHS health check. Places must be booked in advance so please contact the Hub on the details below.

Healthy Hub is a free health and well-being support service for people from North Herts.
