Hitchin holistic therapist and lifecoach Claire Humphries is supporting people through the current lockdown with free coaching, sharing tips and tools to combat anxiety and stress.

Each day she posts an inspiring tip or talks live on video as part of her 'lockdownlove series' sharing the tools she uses with her clients to help people thrive through lockdown.

Claire will also be offering live demonstrations of some of her favourite tools and bringing people on live if they want to have a go or sample a slice of her coaching for free.

"I wanted to share the tools that I use with my clients for anxiety and motivation as I know many people are struggling with both those things right now," said Claire.

"I also appreciate that not everyone can afford the time or money so I wanted to share them in a way that everyone can benefit.

"They are there on the page and you can go there everyday or whenever you are struggling and need a bit of support".

Claire is also offering a number of one to one private sessions online at half-price through the lockdown so that people can find support through the coming month.

Claire says she knows that many people are finding it tough financially, as well as emotionally and mentally.

She said: "I lost most of my income in the first lockdown so I know how worrying it is and I'm hearing so many people struggling with anxiety right now, which is understandable when there is so much unknown and things changing all the time.

"I hate to think of people feeling alone and struggling so I want to help"

Claire's goal is give people the tools and support to feel empowered, not just for lockdown but for life.

"I want people to come out of it better than they came in, feeling more in control of their own life, able to thrive not just survive, no matter what goes on out there," she said.
