Hitchin Nub News is launching a Christmas lights competition for 2022 - with readers able to vote for their favourite on our Facebook page here.

Our Christmas lights competition starts today, Saturday (December 10) - with the best picture awarded a special prize courtesy of Hitchin Nub News for their festive efforts.

To enter all you have to do is like our Facebook page here - and send in a photo of your Christmas lights, letting us know where it is - or suggest a display to us.

We'll then post all pictures we receive on our Facebook page.

The best picture of Christmas lights chosen by Hitchin residents by liking the relevant picture on our Facebook page will win a special prize. It's as simple as that.

Good luck to everyone who has made a special effort with Christmas lights in Hitchin this year.

Hitchin Nub News decision is final. The winner will be announced on the Hitchin Nub News website and social media platforms on Wednesday (December 21).
