..............

I am writing on behalf of the North Herts Interfaith Forum writes Chris Kell

We would like to make it clear that religions have peace and non-violence at their core.

In no way, and for no reason, do we condone violence in the name of faith, religion, or any other pretext.

Violence is unacceptable in the home, the workplace, the street, places of worship or the natural environment.

We wish to stand firm against hatred and division in support of safe, free and open engagement of all people in a pluralist and sustainable society.

We send our tender thoughts and prayers to all MPs and public servants struggling to make sense of this latest killing, and to assure them of our goodwill and support.

Many thanks

Chris Kell on behalf of the committee of North Herts Interfaith Forum
