Hitchin Priory Hotel is once again a hotel open to the general public - after operating as an events-only venue since the pandemic.

The hotel and its revamped restaurant and bar are open for coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. (See Hitchin Nub News for our visit to savour the ambience next week.)

Guests can now book overnight stays at the hotel, with double rooms, twin rooms, and family rooms featuring double and single beds costing between £135 and £145 per night for two people and include breakfast in the morning.

The Radcliff Bar is open daily from 1230pm until 10pm, offering drinks and mouth-watering British classic dishes including fish and chips as well as steak and ale pie..

Over at The Priory Restaurant - open from 6pm until 10pm daily - the site serves succulent fayre including poached salmon.
