To mark World Mental Health Day, North Herts & Stevenage Samaritans (also known as Hitchin Samaritans) will be taking part in a Dawn Walk.

On Friday, 10 October Listening and Support Volunteers will walk the streets of Hitchin at sunrise in solidarity with those struggling to cope.

Meeting at The Hitchin Branch in Nuns close at 6.00am, we will walk a 5km route, returning to the branch at c. 7.15am. Picture a sea of lime green snaking its way through the streets!

Anyone can contact Samaritans, free, any time from any phone on 116 123, or email [email protected] or visit www.samaritans.org
