This weekend, in a library, not too far away...
So runs the opening of Star Wars, one of the most successful films of all time.
The 1977 movie marked its annual Star Wars Day earlier this week [find out how Hitchin reacted to the event here] and now, our town's library will be marking the fact this weekend.
Hitchin Library on Paynes Park is giving fans the chance to meet with a Stormtrooper from creator George Lucas' record-breaking film.
Hitchin Library said: "Join us as we return to a galaxy far, far away, for Star Wars Day."
Event Details:
Meet a Stormtrooper 11am - 12pm
Stormtrooper Mask Craft 1pm - 2pm
Star Wars Storytime 230pm - 3pm
Plus other activities, including a quiz.
