Hitchin Forum's "Big Autumn Clear Up" last year was success with over a hundred volunteers working at 18 sites in the town collected loads of rubbish.
With the support of North Herts Council and Visit Hitchin the "Big Spring Clean" is this Sunday (March 23rd)
Hitchin Forum co-chair and organiser, Bill Sellicks, told The Comet that the group is eager to welcome both regular and new volunteers.
He said: "If you can spare a couple of hours on the 23rd, would like to meet new people, and have the satisfaction of helping to keep the town clean, do get in touch."
