A kind-hearted boss of a renowned Hitchin hair salon is gearing up to shave her head for charity.

Tracie Morgan, who runs the acclaimed Hair By Talents on Bancroft, will be shaving off her locks in February to help fundraise for Cancer Hair Care.

Popular salon director Tracie - who has been growing her hair for two years for the fundraiser - will also be guided by team members from Cancer Hair Care to help create a video demonstrating the best way to shave your hair for those unfortunate enough to have to undergo treatment.

Caring Tracie told Hitchin Nub News: "As a salon, we are proud to have supported Cancer Hair Care for 11 years.

"I will be having my head shaved for Cancer Hair Care - I have been growing my hair for two years.

"They will also be filming it for an educational video to teach people how to shave their own head."
