Holland & Barrett opens its new Hitchin store

The health food retailer has moved from around the corner on Hermitage and a Hitchin Nub News visit to the store this morning saw a throng of customers checking out the new shop.

Store manager, Alex Furness, leads a team of five and the shop sells a variety of health, beauty and food products including a whole wall of herbal tea choices.

In January a report by The Institute Of Customer Service revealed the companies delivering the best customer service in the UK, with Holland & Barrett ranking in 7th place, up two places from last year.
