Police investigate burglary at Ickleford Primary School

Police are appealing for information following a burglary at Ickleford Primary School.

The incident took place between 7.35pm and 8.31pm on Monday 5 January at the school on Arlesey Road, Ickleford, where it is reported that the building was broken into.

During the burglary, the door to the school office was smashed and two items were stolen. Enquiries are ongoing at this stage as officers work to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police. You can report details online quoting crime reference 41/1342/26 via the Hertfordshire Police website, use the online web chat service, or call the non-emergency number 101.

Alternatively, information can be passed 100% anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111 or submitting details through their online reporting form.

Residents in and around Ickleford are also reminded to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to police.
