CCTV appeal following assault in Stevenage

Officers have released a CCTV image of a person who might be able to help their enquiries following an assault in Stevenage.

At around 8pm on Tuesday 24 October, the victim – a man in his thirties – was walking along Hertford Road when he was involved in an altercation with another man.

The victim was punched and kicked, sustaining a broken leg.

PC George Mitchell, who is investigating, said: "We believe the person pictured was in the area at the time of the incident and could have important information about what happened. 

"If you are the person pictured, or you recognise him, please get in touch by emailing me at [email protected] quoting crime reference 41/85481/23."
