Polling station moved from Walsworth Community Centre due to flood damage

Earlier this month (March 7th) North Herts District Council Legal and Community Directorate made the decision that the polling station usually at Walsworth Community Centre (in the Hitchin Walsworth Ward) should be located to St Faith's Church, Woolgrove Road, Hitchin for the scheduled elections on 1 May 2025.
Walsworth Community Centre was unavailable for hire having suffered flood damage and the council had "no reassurance that the building would be operational on 1 May 2025".
