Rock Health and Fitness

Are you feeling out of shape, unfit, low in energy and lacking confidence? This isn't how you should feel.

Rock Gym can help you. Rock is a private personal training studio based in a beautiful converted barn in the village of Great Offley, a mere five minute drive from Hitchin.

Owner and experienced health and fitness expert Lisa Austin told Nub News: "We are more than a gym.

"Continuously Changing Lives' is the Rock moto and we literally do change peoples lives for the better week in, week out.

"We are high level coaches, helping members with nutrition, training, mindset, lifestyle and stress management.

"Exercise alone doesn't get the results that people need to change their lives," explains Lisa, adding: "Living longer and improving your physical and mental health is acheivable for everyone - but most people cannot do this alone.

"We understand this and we offer the expertise, professional support and community so our members thrive."

Rock has six areas, with the main studio located inside a beautiful Grade II listed barn.

They also provide a spin room, running platform, menopause sessions, private strength studio, boxing club with ring and soon they will have a Yoga/Pilates/Mobility studio - meaning Rock will offer something for everyone.

All located in a stunning countryside location with free parking onsite.
