Sam's Pizza opens on Bancroft site that previously housed former Eat Well take-away
A pizza pop-up business that started during lockdown has opened its first permanent site in Hitchin town centre.
As Hitchin Nub New has previously reported with our in-depth Up Close business feature Sam's Pizza had been previously based at the Brickyard.
However, the business has now taken over the site of the former Chinese take-away Eat Well at 103 Bancroft.
As Nub News previously reported Eat Well, situated in the town centre had been offering Chinese and Thai cuisine to take away for many years, but closed last summer, on the hunt for new owners.
