Hitchin Festival

This weekend sees the first full weekend of events as part of the July Hitchin Festival.
The Hitchin Festival was established in July 1991 as a one week programme of events. Since then it has grown into a month long celebration of the culture and entertainment on offer in Hitchin.
Each year the festival promotes a huge variety of events including poetry, art exhibitions, concerts, theatre and kids entertainment.
There's music, art and nature related activities to look out for this weekend.
