With Stevenage FC's sponsorship campgain with Burger King going viral as reported by Nub News the club are offering new fans of the club a chance to watch this weekend's match.

The Amex outfit's canny marketing team tapped into FIFA 20 through their link-up with Burger King.

By offering free food such as the company's trademark Whoppers in return for gamers completing in-game challenges, while playing as as Stevenage - the club received a huge spike in interest from fans and gamers around the world.

In becoming the most aplayed FIFA 20 team on live streaming platform Twitch, Boro have found a new found army of fans - and want them to watch Alex Revell's side from wherever they are on the globe.

The club said: "International Stevenage supporters are to be reminded that they can watch Saturday's game against Salford City with an 'International Match Pass'.

"International supporters can watch every Stevenage game this season with either a season, monthly or match iFollow match pass."

Another positive from such excellent marketing is that the League Two club were delighted to receive dozens of orders for Boro's £42.99 replica shirt from around the world.
