The Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Trust (EHAAT) has announced the return of its annual fundraiser, Strictly Air Ambulance, now in its thirteenth consecutive year.

The Air Ambulance, unlike NHS emergency services, is a charity.

The free life-saving service is provided 24/7 by helicopters and by rapid response vehicles.

Each critical care team consists of a pilot and co-pilot, a pre-hospital care doctor and a critical care paramedic.

This dazzling evening of dance to support the charity will take place on Sunday, 15th March, at 7 pm at the Brentwood Centre in Essex.

Guests can look forward to an evening of glamour and excitement, including celebrity appearances, a thrilling dance competition, and the chance to cheer on local contestants vying for the Glitterball Trophy.

The 2025 judging panel boasts an impressive lineup, featuring former Strictly Come Dancing professionals Ian Waite and Erin Boag, renowned Latin dancer Ben Milan-Vega, EHAAT CEO Jane Gurney, and Head Judge, Phil Meacham, Director of the Chelmsford Dance Centre.

Eight talented dance pairs will showcase their best ballroom and Latin routines in a bid to win the top prize.

The charity is also calling on local businesses willing to support the event with raffle and auction prizes. If this is of interest, businesses are advised to contact 0345 2417 690 or email [email protected].
