The festive season is arriving early in Hitchin, as Hitchin Garden Centre prepares to launch its magical Christmas Department with a special opening weekend on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th October.

Part of the UK's largest family-run garden centre group, British Garden Centres, the Hitchin branch is promising its biggest and brightest celebration yet — packed with festive fun, exclusive decorations, and inspiration for every home.

Visitors will be among the first to explore the brand-new Fern Christmas and Lighting range, available only through British Garden Centres. The expanded collection features everything from dazzling lights and beautiful baubles to stylish home décor designed to make every corner of your home shine this Christmas.

To make the weekend even more special, Family Card holders will receive an exclusive 15% discount on all Christmas items — including decorations, artificial trees, lights, cards, and wrapping paper. Shoppers who aren't yet members can sign up for free in-store on the day.

And it's not just about shopping. The centre has also opened bookings for its hugely popular festive dining and Santa experiences, where families can share magical moments with Father Christmas himself.
