Vaccination appointment letters on their way to over-65s across north Herts including Hitchin.

Letters from the national booking system are expected to start arriving from today, with people able to book appointments for next Monday (February 15) onwards.

People will also start to be invited via their GP practices. As before, the national booking service will be inviting people to book appointments at larger centres, such the Roberston House site in Stevenage, or community pharmacies.

If people prefer to wait to be contacted by their GP practice so they can have their vaccination at one of the local GP-led vaccination services, they can do so.

As before, the message is to wait to be called, and not contact your GP, as they will be unable to book a slot for you until you have been invited.
