Police are appealing for witnesses, information and CCTV footage following an incident in Stevenage.

At around 845pm on Wednesday, March 6, it is reported that a white BMW was set alight in Broad Oak Way, near to the junction with Turpins Rise.

Sergeant Matt Clark, from the Stevenage Intervention Team, said: "Our enquiries are continuing, and I am urging anyone with information to please get in touch.

"Did you see what happened or witness anyone acting suspiciously? Additionally, if you were in the area at the time and have dash cam footage, doorbell cameras, or CCTV at home, please contact us as you may have recorded some crucial information to assist our investigation.

"You can email me at [email protected] with any information, no matter how small or insignificant you think the details you have may be."

 Call the non-emergency number 101, quoting ISR 758 of 6 March, 2024.
