Zizzi is making September a little easier for Hitchin diners by offering 30% off food at its restaurant in the town centre – but only until Thursday 26 September.

The deal is open to all members of Zillionaires, the Italian chain's loyalty club. Those who haven't yet signed up can join for free throughout September, and will also receive a complimentary garlic bread when registering.

The Hitchin branch, located on Sun Street, is taking part in the promotion, alongside the chain's St Albans restaurant.

The offer comes as Zizzi looks to give locals more reasons to enjoy a night off cooking. With favourites from pasta to pizza on the menu, the deal could prove popular with families, couples and groups of friends looking to make the most of early autumn evenings in town.
