As the new season edges ever closer, we are aiming to ramp up our coverage of teams in and around North Herts, including Hitchin Town and Arlesey Town.
The pair met in a pre-season friendly at Armadillo Stadium earlier this month, with the Canaries emerging 2-1 victors in front of a crowd of 54.
A Henry Snee brace sealed the win, with Hersen Alves converting his spot kick as a consolation for the home side.
The highly-rated Ryan Lamond shone once again for Arlesey, having a strong game - with the 21-year-old remaining one to watch for the forthcoming 2021-22 season.
