Hertfordshire Community Foundation have been a consistent help and support to Phase and the work we do with young people across Hitchin.
Over the last few years they have supported various Phase projects from supporting young people struggling with self-harm to equipping children with the skills to cope with change and failure - life skills we all need.
Most recently Hertfordshire Community Foundation were instrumental in Phase being able to offer a rapid response to the pandemic by supporting our virtual mentoring programme, this support has provided hundreds of 1:1 sessions for young people.
One young person recently said 'Phase virtual mentoring has really helped me with finding ways to manage my anxiety and control what I worry about. I always come away feeling more positive and listened too.'
Hertfordshire Community Foundation also produce a fantastic piece of research called Hertfordshire Matters Report which informs many organisations like Phase to reposed to key needs of our town.
Thank you Hertfordshire Community Foundation for all your support
