UNTIL Saturday 4th March

Hitchin Children's Book Festival

On March 4th in partnership with Next Page Books the British Schools Museum is hosting a celebration of all things literary!

With talks by children's authors , story-telling sessions, craft activities and more, there'll be plenty of things to keep your little ones busy!

We are super excited to have four brilliant authors lined up for the festival:

Harry Woodgate (they/them), a brilliant younger picture book author.

Camilla Chester, the author of the KS2 fiction 'Call Me Lion'.

Chloe Savage, author of the KS1 fiction/non-fiction 'The Search for the Great Arctic Jellyfish.

Nizrana Farook, author of the Guardian Best Children's Books of the Year, The Girl Who Stole an Elephant.

You can come in for either a morning from 10:00 - 12:00 or an afternoon session from 14:00 - 16:00 or, if you'd like, you can stay for the whole day! Of course, you can drop-in and drop-out at your leisure.

You can find more here: https://bsmevents.yapsody.com/event/index/759007/hitchin-childrens-book-festival

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The Cafe @ the Museum will be open for snacks and drinks, and an accessible toilet is available.

We look forward to welcoming you!
