Sunday Hitchin-Village Gong sessions: 'Enjoy-Relax-Listen-Absorb-Zone Out'

Pirton Village Hall, High Street, Pirton, Hitchin SG5 3RG

UNTIL Sunday 24th April

'Dragon Gong Journeys' Duo Max and Sal are introducing an 'in-person' monthly event to the historical village of Pirton, Hitchin on elected Sundays. Please come along and discover the wonders of the gong!

Our intention is to offer something different and new with a musical, calm and soothing approach supporting the mind and body.

Allow your mind and body to relax to the vibration and sound of gong whilst lying on a mat or sitting. Take this as a new experience - a time to self indulge and relax - a time to enjoy hearing something musically different - get to meet other similar minded folk. The Dragon Gong Journeys Duo, will be there to facilitate your experience.

We are suggesting attendees bring mats, cushions and blankets or can sit on chairs provided. Warmth and comfort is highly recommended!

We will kindly be asking attendees to: silence phones, use the toilet before the event starts (to avoid disruption for others) and remove shoes on arrival. The floor will be hoovered prior to the event. Attendees are welcome to wear masks and bring their own hand sanitiser.

The event will run approximately for 1 hour / 1 hour 15 mins. The organisers will be around for discussion thereafter.

The event is not suitable for children under 12 or pets.

We are starting our events with an Introductory Price of £10 + booking fee for the month of April.

Please arrive from 18:20 onwards. The doors will close at 18:35 with no admittance permitted after this time to avoid disruption for others
