A typical day in the life of an ELEMIS Account Manager: Take full ownership of the retail area and drive retail sales performance within the spa. Deliver and exceed daily financial targets through expert product knowledge, upselling, and customer engagement. Conduct seminars and workshops for spa guests and members to promote product knowledge and increase retail conversion. Promote and book Skin Lab and Speed Spa (e.g., Biotec) treatments to support overall spa revenue. Provide exceptional customer service, including meet and greet duties, consultation support, and aftercare advice. Manage booking systems accurately, ensuring smooth and professional payment processes. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the retail area. Support in upholding spa presentation standards, including cleanliness, organisation, and staff image. Work a flexible shift pattern, including evenings and weekends, in line with the operational needs of the business. Complete mandatory online training modules as and when required to maintain compliance and professional knowledge.

What we are looking for: NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent). Elemis qualified with up-to-date training. Proven track record in retail sales and target achievement. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong commercial awareness and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. A team player with the ability to lead by example and support the wider spa operation.

It would be desirable if you had experience working within a spa or premium retail environment. It would also be beneficial if you had familiarity with Skin Reveal and Biotec technologies.
