It's the burger everyone is talking about in Hitchin!

You'd think a burger would be pretty straightforward, beef patty, lettuce, tomato, cheese and onion - but a Hitchin business has been wowing punters with a revolutionary new combination.

Cawsburger at Groundworks are offering up - wait for it - The Peanut Butter Jelly Time burger!

Talking to Nub News, the guys at Cawburger said: "So, we had seen a few other burger places do it and had both never tried it.

"We knocked one up ourselves but found it too sweet.

"So, Matt came up with the idea of salting the peanut butter and blitzing pink peppercorns through the raspberry jam to add a more savoury flavour and voilà!

"We've had serious burger purists be converted by it and it's a lot of people's favourite now!"

If you'd like to try Peanut Butter Jelly Time, Cawsburger are taking orders this weekend.
