Hertfordshire’s “Breathwork Experience” returns for 3rd year

By Harriette Wight 16th Apr 2025

The much-loved Breath, Beats & Barrels is back for its third year running, bringing its signature mix of breathwork, movement and tunes to the beautiful surrounds of Crossover Blendery at Lannock Farm in Hertfordshire.

Led by local breathwork coach Harriette Wight, these unique Sunday morning sessions kick off on 27th April and run once a month through the summer until August.

Set in the heart of the working blendery, between barrels of beer and birdsong, these workshops offer a rare opportunity to pause, reconnect and feel fully present. You'll be guided through calming breathwork and energising movement, all soundtracked to a carefully curated mix of feel-good dance tunes.

Due to sold out sessions last year, the team have added more spaces to each event this season but places are still limited, so early booking is recommended to avoid missing out.

Each session ends with a chance to taste one of Crossover's beautifully blended beers. It's a chance to connect with others and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Lannock Farm.

2024 participants shared their love for the experience:

"Loved the location and great soundtrack. Perfect morning activity"

"Fantastic class, absolutely amazing, highly recommend it"

"I really enjoyed it and felt really relaxed afterwards! Loved it"

Harriette says

"It's honestly my favourite time of year. The setting is so special and the energy in the room is always magic. I can't wait to bring the sessions back and welcome new faces alongside our lovely regulars"

Charlie and George from Crossover Blendery add

"We're buzzing to be hosting this again. It's the perfect mix of calm, connection and good vibes and the beer at the end doesn't hurt either"

These Sunday sessions are part of the wider community happening at Lannock Farm, which is home to some incredible local gems. Before or after the session, visitors can grab a baked treat from Leavened Bakery, enjoy small-batch scoops from Fabio's Gelato, or browse foodie delights at Lannock Larder.
